As the title says, i think that an option to report gold selling should be added to the /report interface.
Thoughts?

...and fix the problem with not being able to report if the 'player' (bot) leaves the district before you can type their (often) unpronounceable and misspelled name into the chat box.
Most of them post a message and then leave the district straight away to go to the next district.

this way when the ticket comes in the anet staff immediatly knows it's about this kind of violation instead of another spamming violation

Gold selling has been a large part of the game for its entire existence, and pretty much nothing has ever been done about it. People just create trial accounts to advertise gold selling, and since the account is banned, not the IP, people can create accounts as much as they want. Anet could ban by IP if they so chose, but they decide not to... hmm....
Also, Anet monitors every trade that is made in the game at any time, and if they see 100k traded to another person for nothing, Anet will see that. Does anything ever get done about it? Obviously not, as people still actively buy/sell gold.
tl;dr: Anet never has and never will do anything about gold sellers.

I voted "yes", but it really doesn't matter until we fix the /report function to target players not in our district.
Not only would that make it near pointless for gold sellers to change district and make it easier to catch them, but it'd also stop people from trashing other players and then jumping districts and ignoring them with no consequence.

As far as I know, it doesn't matter how you report a Gold Seller. Report them for spamming, and Anet will check this account. Report them for botting, and Anet will check it out too. Report them for ... you get it.
So I see no need for a /report gold seller option, just make sure you report them using the other options.

/signed - It would make it clear for unknowing players wanting to report someone what option to use. Meanwhile, just use the "spamming" option. even if the character switches districts, rest assured that they will be back.
