Pretty sure it's noon PST. Which is either 15 min, or 1 hour and 15 min.
I get pretty confused with the time zones since i have no daylight savings time.

Yeah, I assumed as well that they would end this morning. Was happy when I got home after work and saw that I was still earning some points.
