There, I wrote it up you 12 year old whiners.
General changes;
Make damage buffs not stack, example Conjure and SoH.
Hundred blades, no AoE, 3 hits.
VoD, Archers/Knights/Guard do not walk, only GL. (Fixes build wars, no defence builds to protect NPCs, no smite to farm NPCs)
Less Archers.
Have GL act as a Knight at flag stand.
Random maps in /AT/mATs. Choosing a map for your guild now only effects ladder GvGs
Sword changes;
Gash acts like Dismember, +damage if bleeding.
Sever Artery 2/3 adren.
Galrath/Silverwing 7 adren.
Knee Cutter work on Bleeding (Might have to nerf it).
Increase damage on Quivering Blade.
Savage Slash 12 recharge. Increase +damage on Seeking Blade.
Beo is pretty cool, eh makes balance ideas and doesn't afraid of anything

This is the point of a thread, discussion. Agreeing with me, disagreeing, proving alternatives.
And why should they need to form complete sentences? The idea of what needs to be changed is there, and that is simple enough granted you have an IQ over 80.

you want to change the foundation of GW and make it allow only certain classes to at fight at certain times?
As a Ranger (Archer) I'd be a little miffed if I couldn't stack conditions and Necro's would get really bored. For me part of the fun it getting the team build right to inflict the most damage at any time, so having that hampered would probably kill the game for me.
I must admit this has piqued my curiosity so if I do have the wrong end of this rather gnarled stick please explain once more

Here's an idea: Stop whining about grammar and format and just read. Beo is right, he doesn't really need to explain why he wants these things done. You should be able to use your own head and see what is a good idea and what is not.

I especially like the idea about the Guild Lord acting as a knight at the flag stand - rather, I'd support making the Guild Lord stronger with a better skill bar. I believe the Guild Lord should have a standard Axe Bar with no interrupts (since it'd make the VoD play unreliable and would result in more luck than skill) and no knockdowns - it should just provide massive pressure through usage of Warrior's Cunning, Eviscerate, Executioner's Strike, Penetrating Blow, "For Great Justice!", "To the Limit!", as well as a permanent speed boost/IAS on the Guild Lord. It'd provide the pressure without as much ranger spike at the stand.
However, the problem lies simply in the fact that 8v8 builds would just need to turtle until VoD and walk out the lord, and with a superior 8v8 build, it's pretty clear it's back to blockway. My suggestion would be to give better bonuses with an increasing number of Morale Boosts, like giving better skills to the Guild Lord or 5% more damage with every boost, etc.

Not to mention how without reasons it is exceedingly difficult to tell what your motives for this for. Are you trying to nerf/buff a specific build, toss up the meta a bit, bring some unused skills into play, or just trolling.
And also note that accusing people of stupidity will generally not get you very far here, or just about anywhere.
