Trouble capping Vow of Silence.

I ran to Gate of Desolation so I can cap Vow of Silence (I've never been here before, this is my first NF character) but I can't kill the group with Vahlen the Silent. I know there's a lot of rezzers and spike damage in his group, what should I bring to counter it so I can get VoS?

Frozen Soil + Shutdown?

your best bet is to find someone that can use the Siege Wurms and have them use h/h and wipe the group for you. Ask your guildies to help.

yeah definitely do the gate of desolation mission first. it makes capping it much easier. you can also cap it in the hidden city of adashim(sp?) i believe.

I couldn't find a group to help out and don't have a guild yet but I managed to get it by nuking the crap out of Vahren and capping it about half a second before dying. Thanks though.

I rember capping that skill (i got mine at gate of desolation) hard 1 to cap

but if u take the group out carefully enough there will be lees DP on by the time you do get it and makes life easyer
(also i got it and havent used it was planning to run drocks)

[[Vow of Silence] does not afford any protection from physicals. In addition, physical damage dealers deal very great damage, and their bonus damage ignores armor.

Junundu are the easiest way to kill him, of course.

Killed him with heroes and henchies very quickly......
