Merch all except the shard. Check the rare material trader, average the buy and sell price to get a could price to sell it at.

You only need to keep rare skins, since you won't be able to sell anything else. No one buys shadow stuff. And the chaos axe needs to be inscribable to sell.

But anyway at the moment, Shards are selling for about 2.2k. Merching the rest is good advice.
