Grouping only works with people within your same region?

Found something interesting today.

I played a few matches of RA today, and I forgot I was still in Traditional Chinese from the Dragon Festival. After a few games, I noticed that everyone I was grouped with seemed to be from the same district I was coming from.

I'd like someone to confirm that this is actually what's happening, and I'm not just experiencing some coincidence.

Yep. your 100 percent right. When you enter t5he arena with your team you will vs all districts though

It's all districts in your region. It works like this for everything (AB, etc, etc) I think.
