This question recently came up in Alliance Chat in [SNOW]

Will you get banned for using macros?

such as, a macro for drunkard title.

Yes, using a drunkard bot is technically grounds for a ban. Macros in general are fine, as long as you are present pressing the macro buttons. Drunkard bot "macros", where you can be afk, are a definite no-no.

Depends if the macro is automated. A Drunkard macro would not be any use unless it was automatic, so that could get you banned, yes. A macro to execute several commands in a sequence is fine, provided that it requires manual input to execute.

gonna bump this thread instead of making a new one

just wondered what software people use for their macros?

i tried MacroMaker and cant seem to figure it out, any other suggestions on good simple software?
