What? Seriously, i need to get an inconspicuous shield for a certain style i'm trying to pull with a character. I've wikied and i've tested some.. but either they were too big, or too flashy (ala Diamond Aegis or such). If nothing else, i'm looking for something that alteast has the appearance of a hand-protector, like the Enameled Shield or the Adamantium Shield, only smaller.
And yes, while i can use a focus, i really want that 16 armor. ;p

i don't think your going to find a shield smaller then the diamond aegis tho... have you tried a lotus shield?

Heh yea.. i'd be half-tempted to get one for the look, but then i'd end up hating myself evreytime i died saying "i KNEW i should have gotten that shield". ;P
As for the shield reomendations, lotus is kinda undyable, and not really works with the setup. Diamond/Iridiscent, too flashy, same for Zodiac. I'll see about the Tengu, think i'll have a redo of the BMP today and check it out.
The Ancient Shield might be a good pick tbh, but i still need to find one, necessarily R9, not because of me beeing uber-elitistic, but because i can have a max of 9 points into Tactics for the build. As for the Copperleaf.. i think it's a bit too "fat" ;P

I don't think you quite read the thread Pleikki :P Anyways I'd say Ancient Shield is about the smallest you can get I from what I've seen.

well if your a warrior the smallest shield in the game is the Chimeric Prism +16ar (q8) +5nrg , but the only downside is its unmoddable and it was a european prophecies pre order item.

bladed shield is pretty small...and the exalted aegis isnt really big either...and the outcast shield is small but hard to get a good one of....thats all I can think of at this time----

Get a necromancer Grim cesta incrip. Thats a perfect "hand protector"
Then you could easily mod it with a 10 armour vs mod of your choice.
stick on a 30 health core, and you have some energy to boot.
