Platinum Sword ??

I have a question about using this sword. I have this sword called "Vamperic Platinum Broadsword of Enchanting" The stats are:

(Gold)
Slashing dmg: 15-22 (12 Swordsmanship)
Life Stealing: 3
Health Regeneration: -1
Enchantments lasts 20% longer
Inscription: "Let the Memory Live Again"
Halves skills recharge spells (chance: 10%)

I want to use this sword but first question is what is a good 1st profession/2nd profession I should get and my 2nd question is what would be a good build??

life stealing sounds like necro and swordsmanship is war ....

I was also thinking that myself N/W maybe.

To be honest, a Necromancer shouldn't really be in Melee range, let alone using a vampiric sword. Twelve req swordmanship is alright, so you can use it on a primary Warrior, alternatively you could dump the Vamp mod for something else (Shocking?) and mod it up as a caster sword.

Hi, you can mod the sword with other bonuses making it good for any profession you like. An inscribable sword has 3 mods: a Prefix, a Suffix and the Inscription slot.

Also, don't build a build around a specific weapon (okay.. some exceptions) But make a weapon for the build.
