The skill description is a little vague; for reference, it is:
You gain 10...56 Health and 5 Energy for each Condition suffered by foes in the area.
I can see this working one of two ways:
1) You are surrounded by three Desert Griffons. They each have Weakness. You recieve 30...168 Health and 15 Energy.
2) You are surrounded by three Desert Griffons. Two of them have Weakness, and one is Crippled. You recieve 10...112 Health and 10 Energy.
Which is it? Does it count each and every instance of conditions, or does it only count the existance of each condition -once-? If it's the former, I have some absolutely killer ideas about pairing this up with Enfeebling Blood.

Every instance of conditions, if you have two griffins around you both with bleeding and deep wound you gain x4 the effect,
and yes enfeebling blood + VIM! owns, only wish virluence wasn't an elite

Awesome! I'd been looking for a way to bring my N/W back into PVE, looks like this might be pretty cool. I'm thinking something like: Enfeebling Blood, then Signet of Agony, then Plague Sending, throw Victory is Mine followed by Unholy Feast, lay down Enfeebling Blood again..
