Semi-newb seeking active, friendly guild.

UPDATE: I have already found a guild, I've joined War Crimes [XXII]. I appreciated the quick responses.

I've been playing for about a month now, and tried out several classes before settling on a monk. Right now, I'm playing through the Nightfall campaign, learning how the game's mechanics work and possibly earning a few titles and some nice gear along the way. I'm mostly into PvE, I tried PvP for a while and found it to be much more difficult and unforgiving than I'd hoped. Not that I've given up on it, just that I want to wait until I really know what I'm doing.

What I'm looking for is an active, mature guild with friendly players, ones who don't mind helping out a newb and answering questions. Players who play for fun, and aren't obsessed with being the best. I'm also not interested in a guild where you have to pay 'dues', be it farming for them, forced participation in activities, or swearing off real life in favor of a game.

About myself - I'm male, 24 and living on the US east coast. I have all three campaigns, plus EoTN, and I play on most weekday evenings and weekends. A guild where most players have a similar play schedule would be preferred.
