Any way to change the skill description? Texmod, may be?

The update of Chinese skill description has been stopped since the Chinese Server merged into America's. And PVP /PVE versions have the same description. I asked support but they said they couldn't provide any information on further translation. Since they don't seem to be doing it, I wanna start one myself. Can it be modified using Texmod?

No, it requires modification of the .dat file, which would likely break the updater.
