using -update, keeps asking for the disc?

Hello guys,

I'm kind of a veteran GW player with all 3 campaigns + GW:EN. I recently re-installed the game because of a computer switch. I looked on here because I could remember the -update command line that would update the entire game without having to start the game, making loading times faster.

However, I've followed the instructions on GW Wiki and on here by putting the command -update as followed:

"#:\Guild Wars\Gw.exe" -update

But when I want to run the update, it keeps asking for the disc to be inserted... I can't recall having that problem before. Or do I need to completely re-install the data archive of all 3 campaigns and the expansion before it will update like this?
