Searching through my storage n remembered i got this sword...

Fire Dmg 15-22 (req 8 swordsmanship)
Damage +15% (while health is above 50%)
Armor +5
the mods are a bit crappy but i'm wondering if the req8 and 15^50 would get me any decent prices.
