Just a quick question

Ok, this happened earlier today and i am just wondering who is at fault.

So i was in Droks asking for a run to Copperhammer Mines so that i can do the attribute quests. I didnt get any response at first, but then someone invites me and they start the run. we go through the first teleporter and he asks for 1k, and i give it to him. He then says that i havent given him the money, when i have. Everyone in the run gets mad at me and he wont go anywere so i give him another 1k. He went through the area and then we get to Iron Mines of Molia(might have spelled it wrong). Me and another person in the run realize that we are not in Copperhammer Mines and when he asks for another 250g, we ask him. He says that he cant make it to Copperhammer, and we payed him since he did get us to a place. He then zoned again and i figured he was going to take us to Copperhammer and that he was joking when he said he couldnt make it, but then he ends up going to Grotto.... He asked for 250g and said that he said it was a run to Grotto for 2k. I refused to pay the 250g since id already payed flipping 2.250k and he didnt even go were i asked him to. When i left he spammd me saying that he was going o report me and then did it.

So, is it his or m fault, and should i exect/deserve to get banned?

You can't report people for not paying for runs.

well - if you are telling the truth than of course it is not your fault.... and as said above ^^^ you cant get banned for not paying on a run anyways.

There is no faulty for not paying runs. It's just courteous to do so. Technically, I could go on all the runs I want and refuse to pay until the destination and just run off. They could report all they want, but as far as I know, runs,ferries, etc. have been looked at by Anet. They say the problem deals with the player. They're not in fault for who you invite to the party, so you're fine.

if a runner dosent want payments in installments there a bad runner and you should not go with them in the 1st place

You won't get in trouble. He was the retard since he took your money and didn't even run you where you asked to go.

However, I must mention another point. The attribute quests are in the desert, not copperhammer. You pick up the first one from Droks and the 2nd from some snakelike dude in Skyward Reach.
