Draconic Aegis. (shield) I want this just because i love dragons and it looks cool.

Any While in Stance Axe,Shield, or Sword.

Ex. + so and so health (while above 50% health)+7 against Elemental/Physical (while in stance)

Example.... A Zealous Axe of Enchanting.
A Strength Shield with +45hp/-2damage (stance) inscriptions. Arrahhsh's Aegis is ideal.
