I wanna know what missions and quest are required to start the to vabbi quest?

I believe you have to do all of the missions. Then you just talk with Dunkoro in the command center.

Yes, you have to do all the missions. If you finished them all, you just need to go out into the EXPLORABLE part of the command outpost and talk with Dunkoro.

Surprised my first post here was deleted when I directed the OP to the wiki page which says the order of missions and primary quests.
I'll just say this then:
5. Venta Cemetery
The Council is Called → To Vabbi! → Centaur Blackmail
Directly from the wiki page which I pointed out. So once you do the fifth mission (2nd if not from Elona), do the Council is Called, then you get the quest To Vabbi! However, you don't get to Vabbi for 3 more missions after that quest.
