Help with non-factions character

I am on a non-canthan character, and just finished Minister Cho's Estate.
I can't get the next quest off Ang, so I just tagged along with some other people but then after a while I get to a point where I talk to Togo and I can't continue.
All I want to do is get to Zai Daijun.
Can anyone help?

Ok so your on Shing Jea Island with a non-factions character? What you should do is go back to Kaineng City, you should be able to go foward in the story from there. If your trying to do all the missions the next place on ShingJea Island is Zen Daijun. Sorry forgot about that one, I had to go check out Guild Wars wiki for the next mission.

That's because the 'next quest' thing only applies to Factions-created characters. You'll have to run yourself to Zen Daijun - check a map?

You need to walk there from Seitung Harbor through Jaya Bluffs and Haiju Lagoon. It's not obvious - every time I take a non-native character through, I tend to forget this and get puzzled by locked gates ^^

Yup you pretty much just have to walk there, its not hard.
