When EotN was first introduced, there used to be a bug that allowed people to use their LB rank and LB skills on the Stone Summit in Slaver's Exile.

It has long since been fixed.

Yeah, it used to work on stuff in Slavers (trolls should read up before answering. By the way, answering with "read the wiki" comments is in dirrect violation of Q&A forum rules).
It was fixed in an update note a while ago, and I can confirm that it was indead fixed.
