15-20k. nice mods which you can't get on an insc

Is it a white halves skill recharge in white at the top? (most likely)

If so... 10k maybe imo.... very common

A friend of mine was chest running and found loads of staves like that....

If its universal HSR mod then 10kish if both mods are gold
+50k imo

10-15k if universal if not than 60-70kish imo

It is the universal HSR.
