The build:
Snowman Sin Build: [build= Snowman Sin;OwZToY/85R6zj0ZIDchvIYkmBA][/build]
Equip: Same runes as the old UW sin build i havent done anything different. I recommend having the sup rune so that you have a little room for error on the recharge of SF
Weapon needs to be fire damage and a staff with +20 Energy, +20% enchants, and HSR works excellent!!! But i also run a sword offhand combo just because i think it looks good and i run a -5 20% and HCT 10% offhand.
How to use the build:
If you have done the UW sin like i know most have then you know how to keep SF up. If not there are countless other posts im sure. What i like to do with the others is use Fire Attunement, then glyph of lesser energy, then rodgarts, then phoenix. Gives you more energy and makes it so you can usually get about 2 in before having to redo SF.....the second time not using GoLE. Remember to always have ur 30 energy for SF and in the trap areas if you find urself always running low on life, u can use paradox to recharge neutrality faster. Just make sure you use it around the 50% recharged area of SF so that it is available again for SF recast.
The Run:
Start off by talkin to good ol Koris. Be in HM and have a very empty inventory because i promise you it will def fill up. When you go into the dungeon there are 5 areas where there are guys that you can aggro and get into a tight enough grp to kill. Start out by getting the point bonus then put up SF when you see the snowman start is dumb little speech and aggro/run past the first grp of plain snowmen until you can see a second grp farther down. These snowmen will eventually run down to you so you can kill both grps at once. You will notice koris dies....no big deal. You dont need him for the run, but the only downside is that you cant complete the dungeon because he does die. But anyways......grp both of the aggroed snowman grps into as tight a circle as u can and get to it. Ussually it takes 4 phoenix's to kill the first amount of snowmen. You can then regrp what is left and take them out the same way. Onward......
The next area is the room with the next rez shrine. There are mischievious and rouge snowmen that grp nicely here. Try to aggro the mischievious into a tight grp and the rouges will all run up around you on their own like the mindblades of old : ) Wait for all of the rouges to grp around you before starting to use the kill skills because you can end this grp all in 1 shot if you do it right. Once dead, pick up the rez shrine points and continue.
The next area you will kill in is next to where the wintersday moas are right after the long hallway with the ice guysers and the lines of snowmen. Dont bother with these guys because they look like they pull, but run off when you start to hit them. It is a waste of time to try and fight them individually. There are two grps in this next room that you will aggro and fight. One i believe are mischievious again and the others are blessed. One thing to watch out for is that there are two avalanches that hit you no matter what thru your SF so u need to watch what your health is. make sure you have over 200 health because they hit for 100 each. Once the two grps are pulled it will take you two times to kill em all. Kill as many as u can first time then regrp and kill rest. Pick up ur stuff and go on to the hardest area.
The next place is around the corner to the left where the dungeon key is. As difficult as this is to do, i find it is profitable just to tough it out and get the key. Before going up, go activate the shrine, but dont take the points yet. Then make sure you are at full health and energy before going up the path. This area is hard because there are 6 ice traps that hit thru SF and 6 guysers that also hit thru and do major damage. This is why feigned nuetrality is so important. Pull as many of the snowmen as you dare, usually half the grp for me and get them so they are standing on the first bottom sets of guysers. These snowmen dont grp and take damage easily and they have self heals that really make using phoenix a pain and time consuming. you still get points and all drops by using the guysers to do ur dirty work. Standing at the bottom set of guysers insures you only take damage from the lowest set of traps and therefore minimizing how much life you lose. Once all are dead go grab what is left. the angry snowman holding the key does not pull to the guysers so dont try. grp the snowmen on top of the top guysers and use neutrality to keep the HP up. Once all dead heal up and get ur energy back before goin after key man.
The angry holding the key has frozen burst which hits hard thru ur SF which coupled with the traps can threaten to kill you. So this is what i do. Go stand in a corner as far away from traps as you can so they do not hit u, then put rodgarts on him and wand away.... you reapply rodgarts once more and he dies easily. The traps and guysers go down and it is easy and safe to pick up ur drops. God get the increased points from the shrine and off to the last area.
The last grp that i hit is Freezie, the monk boss. Aggro the grp and get them pulled as tight as can and it will take u at least 2 times to kill the grp. Make sure you constantly wand Freezie because he is a boss and has high Hp as well as 1 heal spell that he usually uses only once. I have never gotten anything dropped from Freezie in the way of elite tomes, but never say never.
Well that is the full run. It takes anywhere from 20-25 minutes depending on how long you have been doin it and yields a whopping 7-15 golds depending on the run first off and also if you bring Lockpicks. There are at least 4 locked chests and can be as many as 6 total. Monk tomes drop as well and you can get as many as 4 in a run, depends on the day. I can usually fill an entire inventory with unid golds after about 4-5 runs and sell for 5k each so it is def profitable.
If you have any questions or want to see a run if you have any problems just pm me in game at Silent Gambit or on here and i will check for a few days.
Hope this helps any of you who go for that wisdom title. I know it has helped me in my quest for riches
