Did you ever give access to your account to anyone? (version 2.0)

Two people, yeah. My friend who I've played tons of games with (he let me play on his Factions account) and I let my other friend borrow the whole account for about three months. I generally share my gaming accounts, I would even let other clanners play on my steam account with Orange Box. I'm very giving. ;P

I gave mine only to my best and closest friends, because I trust them. But then a couple weeks ago I got hacked somehow...which sucks because I must have gotten a virus or something.

i told someone (my RL friend i see at school everyday) my info but i dont think he cared or remembered... (it was incase i couldnt make some event festival that had a mask, we traded info but i forgot his as well =p)

My main I don't give out, but my 2 alternates I can't even keep track of who has the info.

Only my hubby, but we also share a house, bank account, credit cards and good times and bad times etc etc.. If I can't trust him with my account then I'd think I have far more problems than a game. LOL

Kind of funny that 4 days ago some Taiwanese jerk-off hijacked my account.

3 people know my main acc's info: me, my girlfriend, and one other (won't say who to prevent my account from getting owned, but I'll say he was the leader of a pretty famous guild).

Why do I have a feeling I'm going to lose my account after having said that?

I could trust maybe one or two other people with my account info, but for what use? They have no use for it anyway. Perhaps to do a gvg or so with on my alt account, I dont know, really cant see a point to give someone else your account info...

Only my Dad knows my account information, but he's the one who brought me into GW.

The only people I've shared my log in information with are my brother and my real life mates. I also know their log ins. But I have never been hacked, nor have I ever given out any account information in game.

I share my account with my girlfriend. I don't really play all that often anymore and she doesn't play enough to merit owning her own account... So she uses mine when she wants to.

I also share a lot more than account with her given that we live together... so if she deletes any of my chars i'm of to buy some stella.

I answered #2 for the first question. I have never given out my password, but I have a close friend that plays and I've considered giving her the password to check on something for me while i was at work. I wouldn't have a problem giving it to her if necessary. However, let me stress that we are both adults and we work together in real life. This isn't someone that I met online.

I have 2 friends at work. The first is the lady I mentioned above. She bought GW 2 years ago. I had been wanting to try it for awhile but my crappy old computer failed the min requirements on the box so I didn't buy it. However once she did, I just had to see if it would work for me. I borrowed her disks and she gave me her login info. I used her account for a few days and played around with the game. It ran just fine on my machine and so I went out and bought my own copy. I still know her password today and I've logged into her account once since that time just to check the stats on a sword I was selling for her.

My 2nd friend is a guy that bought the game after we told him how great it was. He installed it and played for a few weeks. He could never get into the game and decided it really wasn't for him. He logged on once after those few weeks only because I told him I wanted his first year B-day presents that were sitting idle on his account. Afterwards i bought the account from him.
