Need PC on a bow

Got a Azure Recurve Bow R9....looks kind of cool so I was wondering if it was worth anything.

5k max...not a rare or wanted skin..pretty common..

well according to the PC guide it's worth 15-20k (not including mods) since it's reasonably rare
