For hechies I would take Mhenlo, Lina, Herta and Zho. Those are pretty much standard in any EotN H/H team.
As for popups along the first floor, you can avoid the majority of them by followign this map:
Now for builds. I'd recommend a Dwayna derv, and bring along assassin support. They like to hex you down there with slower attack speeds, and a Dwayna derv will keep you clean.
For heroes, I'd recommned a Hybrid WoH.
For the other two, you could try:
[build=OQCjUumI6SKY+i9Y8YVYWYubybA]
[build=OgRDcqusO+5xaTzO0L8FIDcB]
or
[build=OgRDcausO7wTxqwO0nRGpCYB]
Keep in mind with this one, you won't have a steady source of burning, so ToF will be next to useless as [[anthem of flame] won't keep the burning up for very long. Just swap it out for another spear attack or something.
This has good damage reduction capabilities and steady DPS. I'm not sure how well it'll work, but between the Hybrid, ToF and Weakness you shouldn't be hurting for damage reduction.
For the Charr mobs, you'll either need to bring [[frozen soil], or since Charr monks suck at catching spikes, kill either the dominators or avengers first. Then the monks, then the Flameshielders. Just make sure to move when they cast MS.
You'll also need some enchant stripping-try using [[rending touch] since you're a derv.
