Collector's Editions

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but I've recently managed to get Nightfall Collector's Edition and am wondering if there's any legal way at all of getting the other collector's. If anyone could point me in the right direction that'd be great.

Legal way? You can still buy them if you know where to look. They still sell on ebay, amazon, and other websites, though the Prophecies Collector's editions with unused keys can sell for hundreds of dollars.

After the under-prodiction mess with the factions CE there are now plently of them around so it is easy to find. The proph CE however is very rare now and will cost over £100 on average.

Thanks for that. I was thinking of doing that one but ebay pretty much relies on paypal and I can't seem to get my bank card registered for it.

I almost picked one up in liverpool for £45 a few months back. Went to cash machine, got back and found that the very last proph CE they had that they kept back for me had "dissapeared".

I'd love to have one myself but at the prices these days i can't afford it atm.

Last I looked there were two vendors on Amazon with proph CE one for $299 USD the other for $699 USD. Factions and NF you can get cheap on Ebay.

why is that so expensive? is thee a mini pet that you get with it or something?

you can buy them only problem is they are expensive as hell

proph is expensive because they are rare and give you the "divine aura", ie glowy hands when you emote.

Gutted about that. If an offer like that just slipped out of my hands I'd have freaked at the shopkeeper.

so when you dance your hands "glow" is that it? Vanity for 300 bucks?

well you get an art book and a poster too and a cd with extra music but yeah, basically just epeen.

More then just dance, you get to glow with any emote you do.

Because its a 3 year old, out of print edition that is valuable as all collector editions should be.

@Op As far as I am aware, there are still plenty of Factions CEs out there so you don't have to buy it off eBay. The Proph CE, however as mentioned is far rarer. If you do try to buy it, make sure its a sealed unused copy and the correct one. The are several other Prophecies editions(GoTY, Platinum) so don't get ripped off.
