Does Frustration Stack With Arcane Conundrum?

The question is in the title ...

Do [Frustration] and [Arcane Conundrum] stack? Do they stack with [Confusing Images]?

According to the official wiki, there is no cap on Negetive Activation Time, so I do believe they would stack.

I don't know why you'd want to though, unless you have the reaction time of a rock with interrupts.

I have a RA build that's mostly anti-melee, but I have two slots for anti-caster spells, so I'm not completely useless against a non-melee team.

I've been using [Ether Phantom] + [Drain Delusions] with mixed success, and was doing better with [Frustration] + [Signet of Humility].

I'm thinking [Frustration] + [Arcane Conundrum] could slow down a Me enough to reliably interrupt, or a Mo or E so much that you really lower their DPS/healing.

Just a random idea ... might be stupid though, I'll concede that.

Assuming you have 16 in Illusion (probably end up with 14, but I'm lazy to check what Confusing Images is at that number), you can make Infuse Health a little slower than 3/4 cast (.84 of a second).

Compared to 25 energy used. Ew.

While I cannot find anything in the index, the talk pages on some skills mention stacking limits of 133-150% on the Official wiki.

In the older wiki, the Note on this page http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Activation_Time mentions the limit as being 150% but does not give a data reference.
