Loading time - Zero files remaining

I have somewhat long load times and I know that I have a slow connection as I'm from Australia, but very often the screen sits on 0 Files Remaining for upwards of 10-15 sec before it loads. I have a pretty decent PC so I dont know why it takes that long to load... I have done a defrag, done -image and I don't know what else I can do to improve/fix this.

I have noticed that everytime it gets stuck on the 0 files remaining screen, my background mp3 would also freeze for a few seconds and start again when my screen finishes loading.

Its just simple computer lag, shouldn't be a problem.

Agreed with Lawrence. Does it to me sometimes, and I have a fast connection.

As, I do agree with the others. You still may want to run a few scans just for peace of mind. I suggest: adaware se 2008, spybot s&d, ccleaner, and run your antivirus scan. All of the programs are free and pretty simple to use. Google them up. Defrag 1 more time after the scans, that will be the best you can do, for free. After that you are looking to upgrade the pc hardware but that may/may not help at all.

10-15 sec is ok, don't worry about it. I got that soemtime a well, since I moved house and switched to a new cable provider.
