Req9 Draconic Aegis

mods are so/so (+59hp hexed, reduce weakness) but I plan on changing those out.

could you PC w/current mods and pc w/best mods I should go obtain to pimp it out?

Most people want this item for the skin (as far as I know), so mods doesn't really matter. I sold a q9 with crappy mods for 100k+30e, 2/3 days ago... To give an indication.

r9 tactics, strength, motivation, command?... makes a big difference :P

100k+10-20. I traded a Q9 Tac + 20k for an unded White Rabbit a few days ago, but that's probably because the other guy was an idiot
