What elite skills will they change?

I pray that they kill Ursan Blessing. Buff more PvE elite skills and make the game fun again.

Here's a little list elites that need a buff imo:
[Primal Rage]
[Archer's Signet] [Strike As One] [Equinox]
[Peace and Harmony] [Unyielding Aura] [Withdraw Hexes] [Healing Hands] [Amity] [Ray of Judgment] [Word of Censure]
[Order of the Vampire] [Ravenous Gaze] [Weaken Knees] [Lingering Curse] [Signet of Suffering]
[Hex Eater Vortex] [Power Flux] [Visions of Regret] [Air of Disenchantment] [Recurring Insecurity] [Extend Conditions] [Tease] [Shatter Storm] [Mantra of Recovery]
[Mind Burn] [Mirror of Ice]
[Wastrel's Collapse] [Mark of Insecurity]
[Xinrae's Weapon] [Clamor of Souls] [Signet of Spirits]
["The Power Is Yours!"]
I'm certain that they'll buff dervishes , Izzy loves them.

I agree with Lightbringer Signet (there are other, more powerful elites that I can use besides that one) and Warrior's Cunning (needs to have its recharge go down for PVE only; can be over-powered in PVP, in my opinion).
I'm sure there are a lot of other stuff out there that can use a slight buff, but not where it's so overpowered and whatnot. :-/

Useless (serves little to no purpose in PvE or PvP with the current skill sets) or underused (too much of a niche skill to see regular use on any bar in PvE or PvP) elites...
Do remember, these are elite skills. Meaning they should be at least a LITTLE better than their non-elite counterparts.
["Incoming!"]
["The Power Is Yours!"]
[Anthem of Guidance] - Has no business being an elite
[Soldier's Fury] - Sorry, but this elite IAS is just silly especially with [Aggressive Refrain] and [Flail].
[Stunning Strike] - First you have to build up 10 pips of adrenaline, THEN you have to make sure the target already has a condition before you can drop dazed on them. Having both prereq's for an elite skill is kind of silly. Especially when you look at say, a ranger who has [broad head arrow]. Also, despite being melee range, [Spear Swipe] is superior. 80 armor + shield in melee range?!? UNHEARD OF!
[Destructive Was Glaive] - Outside of Ritspike is it even touched? And even then, most rit spike builds use [Grasping Was Kuurong].
[Offering of Spirit] - There's a reason Rits rely on [Assassin's Promise] and not their own elites for e-management.
[Reclaim Essence] - [Assassin's Promise] outshines this.
[Ritual Lord] - [Assassin's Promise] outshines this.
[Signet of Ghostly Might] - Spirits are frail and can't be used to target specific enemies. If target locking was available, it might be useful outside of catching some lone wanderer who happens upon your spirits.
[Signet of Spirits] - [Assassin's Promise] outshines this. Why is it that Rits, with high costing spirits, are forced to use an elite slot for energy management when just about all other caster classes have non-elite energy management?
[Spirit Channeling]
[Xinrae's Weapon]
[Hidden Caltrops]
[Seeping Wound]
[Shroud of Silence] - Was nerfed into uselessness. Blackout is superior. Not worth an elite slot in it's current state.
[Wastrel's Collapse] - Self explanatory.
[Energy Boon] - Silly when we have [Glyph of Energy].
[Ether Prism] - Silly when we have [Glyph of Energy].
[Second Wind] - Silly when we have [Glyph of Energy].
[Extend Conditions]
[Shatter Storm]
[Simple Thievery] - High cost, elite, spell version of D-Shot. I say high cost due to the fact that 10 energy on a mesmer bar isn't cheap and doesn't allow it to be spammable.
[Symbols of Inspiration]
[Tease] - Needs to be changed to "This Skill ends if that foe hits you with a melee attack."
[Order of Apostasy]
[Ravenous Gaze]
[Signet of Suffering] - 2 sec cast really kills this one.
[Wither]
[Air of Enchantment]
[Amity] - Doesn't need to be an elite.
[Balthazar's Pendulum] - Doesn't need to be an elite.
[Boon Signet] - Doesn't need to be an elite.
[Healer's Covenant] - With skills like [Healer's Boon] is there any reason to run this?
[Unyielding Aura] - Doesn't need to be an elite.
[Scribe's Insight] - Quoted from the talk page, "People with plenty of signets don't need plenty of energy!"
[Withdraw Hexes]

Headbutt and Contagion... You see synergy? No? Get a D/N hero running contagion + foul feast and make enemy monks/elementalists say hi to unblockable, unpreventable Dazed.
[Trapper's Focus]... seriously, this isn't even as half as bad as [Strike as One] or [Archer's Signet].
Ritualist and his WoQ... You do realize this gives an Elementalist, Necromancer or Mesmer 33% more damage or makes monk's job 33% easier? Not to mention it's unstrippable.
[Fox's Promise] - OHAI YOUR DAGGER CHAIN IS SCREWED I BLOCKED U HAHA. Not the best elite, but hardly the worst. Look at Shadow or Deadly Arts lines.
[Zealous Vow] - Is it just me, or is it THE BEST e-management elite skill there is? You hit twice, 3 enemies times 4 energy = 12 energy each hit. Give an IAS and you have infinite amount of energy for attacking like mad. Go D/Rt for Splinter Weapon and pew pew mobs. Or D/A to power an expensive chain, like Unsuspecting Attack -> Golden Fang -> Twisting Fangs. Hardly the worst Dervish elite. Look at, well, [Avatar of Grenth] or [Grenth's Grasp] (this one in pve, as in pvp a/d pwns with this), or [Vow of Strength]. Or [Arcane Zeal]...
kostolomac
Dervish elites are good , they don't need any buffs.
[Hex Eater Vortex] needs a buff , it's [Shatter Hex] with enchantment removal and less damage , longer recharge , only good thing is the 10e cost.

Now back on topic...[lightbringer signet] <--why is this even a skill? Let's add its ability to the current LB blessing and have it so that wenever you cast a skill on a servant of abaddon, they suffer an extra 100 dmg and each nearby servant for each rank you have attained and you gain energy XD cuz honestly lightbringers gaze just pwns this skill so at least let it have LB gaze's effect.
And [unyielding aura]? shouldn't be an elite...maintainable or have a 3 sec cast time. Seriously, [Ressurect] is > than unyielding aura. And how bout a res sig buff for PVE? [sunspear rebirth signet] is soo much more powerful than res sig so let's at least make it fair game; perhaps give it a recharge time so we don't have to rely on morale boosts O.o?

Since this is a purely speculative thread, I think Anet will buff:
Word of healing: 150+100 heal
RC: removes all conditions from party. heal for 50 each condi.
SoD: 5 energy. 2 recharge.
Blight: 5 energy. 2 recharge.
Divert hexes: 5 energy. removes up to 6 hexes.
Life sheath: 1/4 cast. 2 recharge.
Healing hands: 10 recharge. 8 duration.
Preservation: heals every 2 seconds
Spirit light weapon: target ally and all allies in the area.
Tranquil was tanasen: 5 energy, 10 recharge. 45 duration.
Weapon of remedy: loses 1 condition and 1 hex. if this triggers, gain 3 energy.
Consume soul: earshout
Reclaim essence: gain 30 energy and 150 health.
Blinding surge: 5 energy. 2 recharge.
Icy shackles: 8 recharge.
Shatterstone: target foe moves 90% slower
Water trident: if it hits a moving foe, gain 2 energy.
Crippling anguish: 10 energy. 10 recharge.
Ineptitude: 10 recharge.
Weaken knees: target moves 66% slower.
Animate flesh golem: 10 recharge. you gain health equal to damage it deals.
Good luck killing.

Making people bring a shield set (even though its common) is kind of weird, and definitely not following the same type of play as the other skills.

Hbutt- no, fine as is tbh
TFocus- idk.. im a fence sitter on this one.
Incendiary-agreeeeeeeeee
Order-meh.. i think its not bad as is tbh
Contagion-its not great, but not as bad as you may think
Air-agree
Panic- am i the only one who loves this skill? lol
Monk skills- yes, and more
Tclap is fine imo, but boon, yes, you're right, sucks
WoQ is beast imo.. idk why you put that. XW is obviously terribad
Fox's is actually decent, but Shroud is straight poop.
I honestly think the only buff dervs could use as far as elites go is Onslaught.
Paras.. they just need help lol. poor guys..

In it's current state, it's a hex that is removable in two ways:
1. Getting hit by the hexed foe in ANY manner. Meaning spear/wand/bow/melee.
2. Any hex removal.
So given that the mesmer has to run in to drop the hex on someone melee stlye, it should be only fair that that person has to touch the mesmer back to remove it if they don't have a hex removal. And it lives up to it's name more.

Fox's Promise used to affect any weapon. Scythe assassins forced that nerf. It's still a really wicked skill, even with just daggers. That doesn't need a revert.
[Grenth's Grasp]??? Is this a buff or nerf thread? Good gawd, that needs no buff!

I doubt that they will change many skills. Only a few which has been most QQ-ing about for months. And with that Anet closes the PvE chapter.

The only way I can see upgrading this skill is really putting in +damage. For example, if you hit multiple opponents, you deal extra damage. Could be more in PvE, allowing a weaker PvP version, but a buff all the same. I do tend to lulz when I see it being used outside of PvE.
