2. Where is the best place to farm for festival drops in factions?

1) No snow because it's Wintersday in July, not Wintersday. The snow will come in the real event in December (Yes I know southern hemisphere is wintery right now. And there was about 5 pages of bickering in another thread about this elsewhere. but just roll with me here, people)
2) Anywhere where there's a lot of enemies you can kill easily in a short time. Anywhere on SJ Island is good. Some people like to farm Vermin in the skyway too.
3) Nolani would work, yep.
4) Favoured place in EoTN is the raptors outside Rata Sum. There's a build out there somewhere for every class. Poke around the farming forum.
5) Nope. Just drops.

nolani is great imo

i usually farm nolany... but lately ive been getting crap drops, sometimes 3 straight runs with no festival items.

1) Shiverpeaks

Ruins of Surmia or outside of Nolami, both work for me.

I usually do Zelnehlun farm ^^ It's so funny, about 5 miinute / run and u get about 3-8 festival items, and the green bow. Yesterday i got 2 bows, 1 gold, 1 white dye, and 35 festival items. ~10 run

For non-pro farmers, the Old Ascalon area is good. Make a circuit out of Sardelec and back - granite, dyes, festival items from the Hulking Stone Elementals.

I've had decent luck with area just outside Senji's Corner in Cantha. Each time I cleared the three big mobs of Afflicted there, I got something, either a snowman summoner or an egg nog.

Also got 3 fruitcakes in the Vloxen Excavation in EotN, but you didn't want dungeons...
