which should i use
Bob Grunter
im currently running sabway in pve for vanquishing and guardian, i was wondering whether its more efficient to run ursan(im r10) or a d-slash save yourselves build
Tyla
D-Slash SY.
The DPS and knockdown capability, along with the defensive utility from the Godmode Warrior is a tad stronger than Ursan when there isn't enough Ursans to knocklock.

I have vanquished all of cantha, and half of Elona, and a few places in proph all which i use Sabway or varients do to corpse lackage or whatever the case may be. i like using ursan with sabway you get a free speed boost which is good for taking out the nasty ones like firereigners, skeleton wizards, flowstone elementals, burning spirits well you get my point HM eles suck. If you chose to run Dslash SY! you well get more efficiency out of running Racway.

Which is a 2 para 1 derv hero set up based around a para but usable with any type of SY! Spammer

I disagree with Racway being exclusively more efficient, playstyle factors in greatly, especially when it comes to non-Paras. I use DSlash SY almost exclusively with Sabway but in certain areas (HM Slavers' particularily) Ursan is more effective due to the incredible amount of anti melee present, AoE KD is also extremely useful against dual monk groups.

a good build is always more efficent than ursan.
you might want to try out racway to if you are running SY.

I have actually found Volfen Blessing fun to use in areas where there are a lot of degen skills- some natural health regeneration and going /paragon with mending refrain and your monks pretty much only worry about the backline

I've ran into such areas on my Paragon several times. My current setup is a para hero, n/me, and hybrid monk. It's pretty easy to stick [[hex eater signet] on the necro, then [[cure hex] on the monk.
If you don't mind using your heroes elite skill, [[empathic removal] works pretty well. Nice recharge, cheap, and you don't have to waste points speccing into one of the monk attributes to make it work. Oh-and it removes both a hex from the target and the caster-so you get a two for one deal.

Since his main job is raising minion to blow them up, this gives you 5 skill slot to stick anything you can think of in there.
for an all around MM i use this:
[build=OANEUppd64UFiZ4B1w+ANUV1JA]
Really works great on destroyers and any red dots on your radar. HM or NM

That looks like an interesting build.
I may give that a shot-right now I'm experimenting with an Icy Veins "nuker"-basically [[icy veins], [[putrid bile] and [[putrid explosion]
Only problem is that enemies dont' really stay near their dead comrades for explosion to work, but the IV and Bile combo works nicely.

The other problem is that IV deals silly damage in HM. Try to run necro yourself and check the damage, it's not worth the elite slot.
