
What mods should i put on my staff, wand/offhand for PVP, and PVE HEALING

PVE and PVP kit are too seperate issues. PVE will concentrate more on half casting time and half skill recharge type skillsets/upgrades, where as in PVP you need those also, but you might have to include high energy set, defensive set, plus other item/weapon sets depending on conditions/hexes etc.

Also, for the staff mods the "enchantments last %" longer is Very helpful especially if you are thinking of keeping a monk in Presearing. Why keep a toon in Presearing?
Well you can farm hunters ale like I have done for the last 2 weeks. I got 500 ales. Also my monk is Ele secondary and I can kill all of the scales outside of Fort Ranik in one fell swoop with my "Enchantments last 18% longer (Max for Pre) without taking much damage. Healing Breeze is an enchantment so I get an extra 3 seconds added to it. This just happens to be the amount of time to cast the firestorm.
Got lots of nogs and cakes and stuff.
As for PvP I have never played it.
So my vote is Enchantments (PRESEARING ONLY)
