How do you get Seed of Life?

I went to the three Sunspear guys that give skills but they don't offer me the Monk skill Seed of Life. Do I need to be a certain rank? I have 27k points my next rank is at 50k. My char is a monk, and I would like to get this skill, I've completed Nightfall with this char if that makes a difference.

Looked at Monk and not Sunspear?
Because that's the most common problem.

Go to Kamadan, Click on the Pikin [Hero Skills]. Chose Sunspear Skills Click SoL and you now have it to use at your disposal.
