So, about 2 weeks ago after I found out that 20% of my harddrive was corrupted the IT guy at my work completely reinstalled XP Prof and whatnot.
I used to have Spysweeper and NOD32, but I only use NOD now because Spysweeper made using a computer pure hell.
Now Guild Wars won't actually connect unless I turn NOD off. Is it a bold move to play GW with NOD off? If I attempt to turn NOD back on while GWing I get 007'd out, but I was wondering if I will be particularly vulnerable.
Any help here?

now go to the tab named Exclusions
add you gw.exe to the list and NOD will not scan that file
