As the title says I want to buy the BMP but I don't have a credit card. I also asked my relatives/friends if they have one, but they don't. So my question is, is there any way to buy it without using a creditcard?
Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I just checked around and it seems like we don't have such a thing in Holland. Mastercard and Visa tried to introduce it here but it didn't work out. I'm clueless now.
So I want to buy the BMP...

That is right. So do banks or credit unions. Point of sale purchases are great for it + if there were any security problems along the way who cares. There is no age limit on it either as far as I am aware.
Just find the exact amount that you want to spend and then get the gift card for that amount and BAM there ya have it.
Great thinking Zamial

I was able to get a Creditcard from the Postbank last year, for free, because there was some kind of promotion going on. Basically I opted to recieve one, bought EotN + BMP and cancelled the subscription the day after. Try looking at other banks, maybe they got a similar promotion going on.

Haven't had a credit card for 12 years get on just fine with a plain old debit card.
Is there a problem with debit cards in the NL ?
Its just a plastic Cheque after all but capable of use online as if it was a credit card.
But no bills or monthly interest so no debt since all you can spend is what's in your bank.

Dutch debit cards work fine for most things and even purchases in another country, except for online payments outside some proprietary network like I-Deal.
That's also the reason Dutch players are pushing for alternative means of payment. While credit cards are gaining market here, they are not as common as in some other countries and I have not yet found credit card like gift cards yet.
Getting a credit card is no problem as long as you have a certain base income and no negative record at an institution called BRK (bureau of credit registration). So only adults can get a credit card. And a BRK registration lasts 5 years, so avoid that one as much as you can. It means no credit card for 5 years even if you earn enough money to buy the country.
