I'm playing this for a while.. but i don't know how to become a niveau 1 friend of the kurzick. What do I have to do to become that?

You need to earn, and then use, kurzick faction. You can do this by doing quests in the Echovald Forest area, or through Alliance Battles on the Kurzick side.

What does niveau mean?

It's French for "level."

His rank of the Kurzick Title Track,

M8 , if you get Kurzick Factions (Press H) and than where your Balthazar factions are, you see 3 lines that lines from up to down: Balthazar , Kurzick , Luxon.
When you got 10.000 kurzick factions, you can deliver them at a sort of trader, than you need to fill in your name, and then your guild gets +10k factions and you at your title track, or you want to have ambers, for armor, or you want passage scrolls to Urgoz.

How to get the factions:
By doing Alliance Battle's
By Questing at the kurzick side. (Look in House Zu Heltzer for quests)
By FFF/HFFF

i Don't know if i said it right

after you have more than 1000 faction you can go to the faction trader and turn it in---for amber/jade/scrolls or donate to you alliance (if you have one, I do not so I have no idea how that works)..this will start you working for the friend of the luxon/kurzick title track...once you have turned in 100,000 (that would be level 1) then you can also get the skills the same way at 3000 faction each.
