Cipher of Kormir - ended up with Smooth Criminal and not Pain Inverter

..that about sums it up. I spent a few hours getting to Tarnished Haven, defeated the Facet of Spirit, finished up another mission while I was out there, and when I went back to Kerrsh, he handed me Smooth Criminal as a skill, which I already have 2 other versions of.

Did I do something wrong? Kinda disappointed.
