i mean maybe some nubs will start spamming rank discrimination at lower levels which would be bad, but who pves with actual other people anymore

The only titles that should be account wide are the uber-grind ones (reputation, SS/LB, but they should not have account-wide effects) and titles purely based off of buying stuff (sweet tooth, drunkard, wisdom, treasure hunter). Stuff like Vanquishing and Protector should be character based.
