PC very weird Bone Dragon Staff

So yeah... very lucky and unlucky at the same time.

R10 Healing Prayers but non inscribable. So atm its 10e, 20hsr all, 20hct heal, and +1/20% heal prayers

thoughts?

i know if it had been inscribable it would have been several million, so my personal guess would be in the range of 300-500plat

lolz...........staves without 2 mods are useless,i would personaly try for 10k+,cant say anything precise about its price
