I was on wiki earlier and for the few years I have been playing I have noticed this until now xD.

This about Ravagers in the bonus of Bloodstone Fen

I knew that...but yes it's a waste of time. The time it takes to get there, and the very small chance of getting one...I'll pass. If I'm doing the mission with my heroes helping low level characters who don't need the bonus, I'll run through there for a shot at it, but odds of getting one are unlikely.

Already knew it since like... a long time.

When I actually cared about PvE, I was looking for an uber farm, and I found that they actually do drop ecto's. Then I read about the retardly low drop rate and I went back to hopeless Hydra farming.

I have known about that for some time. Whenever I am doing the bonus for Bloodstone Fen, after completing it I always take on a group of Guardians just for shits. I have never had any globs drop, though.

Same here.

Go figure Bloodstone Fen is my favorite Prophecies mission. I always enjoyed killing the trees after getting the bonus (helping someone) to see them come out, but them actually having Ectoplasm... that's new for me.

I've heard a rumor about that since a little bit after release, but I have personally never seen them drop an ecto.

I knew but could never get a solo build to try and farm them....Never tried with heroes though.

Edit: When I was a hardcore player and not just a casual one(now I barely log twice a week) I would search wiki and try to be 1 step ahead of the next "in thing" so I could stockpile them and make money. it worked every one out of 5 times.

I knew that they dropped ectos. I like to kill them after I do the bonus, for fun, before and after finding out about the ecto drop. Never got an ecto from them.

knew about it since before factions came out, have killed them on many occasions....never gotten anything but seeds from them so I gave up (aka not worth the effort....ecto is easier to get other places)...

Yeah, I knew, but no, they don't drop them.

They did 2.5+ years ago, not any more. Some update removed the possibility. Also, there hasn't been a single screenie of them dropping ecto.

That's a screenshot of someone picking up an ecto. I think what he was asking for was a "screenie of them dropping ecto."

Yes, I knew that there were a few enemies outside the Underworld that can drop ecto's. There are screenshots that support this.

The official GuildWars guide also mentioned "Stormy Eyes" could be salvaged into ecto's. I've never seen a screenshot of this.

I think I read about this a while back on Wiki out of boredom, but because I can't farm to save my life I didn't try for them. Ectos are my best bet if I can get into the Underworld with a good group. lol

Known for a long time - but come on.... the amount of time to get there to try this and very few Ravagers spawn and the ecto rate is so bad.....

I had one once... and it's how I first discovered this.... but hell farm some money and buy an ecto in the time for one to drop from this....
