Changing My Password

I want to change my password on my account
BUT when I click reset Password it takes me to the plaync.com
And I forgot my password and acc name to the plaync.com
Anyone know what to do =_=

You'll have to contact their support if you have forgotten the account name.

Edit: PlayNC's support system is very, very confusing IMO, best bet is to try to find someone to e-mail, the ticker system gave me trouble too when i tried to submit a ticket.
