[YoHo] - Pirates Of The Searing, an established EU PvX and GotW guild

Pirates Of The Searing is one of Guild Wars' top guilds. In December 2007, they were recognised by ArenaNet for its achievements when awarded Guild of the Week. YoHo rapidly developed and in turn has seen members come and go. Many members have been inspired to create their own guild and have kept close ties with YoHo. Our members are here to achieve their goals and to try something new whilst being welcomed into a mature community.

Basic qualities we are looking for are confident members, able to be speak up, make decisions and use their initiative. We do not 'spoon feed' new members, instead we provide direction and give members oppertunities to take part in events and let them create their own. NO, we are not a lazy guild, in fact if anything we believe everyone must fulfil their role to enable the guild to work.
