Go south to The Marketplace.
Go out to the docks outside of Marketplace.
Speak with a guy there.

Viola.

go to The Marketplace, exit to Kaineng Docks, talk to the first mate there and you'll land up in Seitung

i tried that and it doesnt work.

need to talk to a dock master i think when u exit to the docks for kaineng not sure thou

Talk to First Mate Xiang at Kaineng Docks, which is reach reached via The Marketplace.

If that doesn't work, then well you are doing it wrong as it can't be more straight forward then that.

the first mate will tell you that foreigners probably wont like it, but tell him to do it anyways....it drops you in seitung harbor...you exit to the west kill a few low level madrids and wind up in Linnock courtyard, run past togo to the stairs going into the monastery...
