Because I run Guildwars off Diablup(juno) or if random bursts of lag are not too huge a problem, a Verizon wireless connector, well...this pretty much explains it.
This means I can't use other programs that also require the internet because it creates lag.
In addition, I have not been able to play Tombz(old name), or Heroes Ascend much because 1v1v1+ battles have too many things going on, which lag down my game.
Conclusively, this begs the question of my usefulness.
Who I am:
I have been playing since Betas, and just recently took a ~2 month break from Guildwars, although I was still logging on/off to check on friends. Though recently before that I had not done much gvg because my guilds(mostly of friends) disbanded. From then on I have been solo... hence I gave up and started playing Diablo II again.
I have 4000+ hours on Guildwars and 2.4mil + faction. I am a rank 6 hero and a rank4 gladiator. I got ab Luxon(3) title too, but w/e(no possible way I could have received Champion from obvious reasons though).
My primary role is monk. It was set as this because of my situation with dlup(meaning not having much ability to coordinate spikes as well). My subcategory on this topic would be Protection monk too. I can heal, but was too lazy to get the 20/20 monk wand and offhand.
I have experience in every profession too. My first pvp role was mainly warrior in HA, but that died down. In Gvg I was mainly a blinder, but because that role also needed to accommodate spikes, I had to switch. I have done a lot of random build testing in RA/TA so this gives me, although not great experience, some general knowledge on most single builds.
My previous guilds(made mostly of friends) have easily been in top 1000, without vent we got around 700-900. With vent(except me) we were below 700.
Bottom Line
I'm not the greatest player, but I'm not horribly bad.
What I am looking for:
A decent gvg guild that will allow me to play. It does not have to be great, but I just want a guild(prob around rank1000) that knows the general idea of GvG and where I can have fun, talk, and participate.
