I was just wondering if its possible to mod the sounds in guild wars like you can mod images?

Like if its possible to make a mod that changes the sound that comes up when you get a pm, to maybe like the msn messenger sound or something like that?

Yes, as far as I know it is possible. There should be a texmod file with unreal sounds somewhere....

be nice if there was a way to control the volume of nightfall and eotn battle music....

go to chp1&2 turn volume up, go to chp3&expansion wake up roomates, turn down volume...


sigh... talk about pve balance, this one would make me happy lol

otherwise for my weekend wars (extended playtime) I mute all music and stream goa psy trance.

Sorry, my bad. Just remembered that I stumbled upon that while looking for texmod mods. When I responded to kurtas' question I just did a search on 'UT sound' and linked the topic.

Should've reread it first ~.~

After thinking about it...would've been hard to do via texmod since...well, it's texture only modding...can't even changes models and such
