Will we lose our titles?

Hey sorry, this is probably a retarded thread, but I need to know soon.

My friend and I have had a guild for almost 3 years now, and we never did anything with it but alliance battle together, lol. We originally made it when we first joined together to get a cape.

But now we both decided we want to join a large guild that can help us with things and meet new people. We already have a guild to join, but we're delaying for some reasons - we're too unsure of losing our titles.

We both have very high titles in the kurzick title track from AB. If we get out of our guild, will we lose that title? Also, if we join a luxon guild, will we lose that title? If we fight on the luxon side, will that too take away the title?

Also, do any of you know if you can delete a guild? How do you get rid of it when you are the leader?

in my alliance there's a guy with r12 kurzick and r9 luxon

no you wont lose a title for any reason.

It won't take away the title, and trading will only affect whatever current faction you have. Meaning that if you have 500 Kurzick faction, and you trade in faction from Luxon side, you'll lose that Kurzick faction you already have, and vice versa. But you can still trade faction for rewards like Jadeite/Armor, skills, or scrolls from both sides - and of course, the alliance reputation only goes towards the side your guild is in.

if i remember right you can abandon a guild if you're the last member in it

only did it once and that was ages ago so i cannot fully remember^^

You won't lose it, and if you want to join a luxon guild...you could get faction w/them and max out luxon title as well

Nope its an account title so you will never lose your progress towards it.

I think you can also sell your guild.

There should be a button to "Abandon" or Leave Guild or something like that on the "G" menu if you are the only one left in it. I've only had that opportunity once, so I can't recall the exact name, but the button ought to be there.

Disband My Guild is what you gotta choose.

titles are either character or account based there is no way to lose them

to disband a guild first you must kick everyone...then hit the disband my guild and poof no more guild....

Bear in mind that if you abandon the guild as leader, or leave as a member...while you still retain your titles for faction given...you won't recieve any of that faction back that you put into the guild...
