I've tried this mission 2 times with my friends, we have a party of 3 rangers (human) and 9 heroes. The team build is different from what we found on variuos sites, nevertheless we found it very solid and we don't have much problems even in case of overaggro.
The problem we have found is the bridge.
1st time, we were totally unaware of the trick, we've been swarmed by wardens and wiped.
2nd time, we followed the guide here: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Urgoz_Warren
I stood before the bridge at point 6 on the map with my 3 heroes, the other 2 players with their heroes went on, killed the serpent and went on the following bridge.
At this point I moved with my 3 heroes, and before reaching them on the following bridge we have been swarmed again.
What have we done wrong?
Is it possible to stay before the bridge with more than 1 character (in my case, me and 3 heroes) without triggering the wardens when I try to rejoin the party?
Is it possible to leave 1 hero before the bridge?
Or did we rejoin too early or too late?
Urgoz Warren: how to pass the bridge?

I believe your problem is that it's you and your heroes. In order for this trick to work, only ONE person stays behind.
And yes, you can leave a hero behind. However, there's a chance that when you unflag them, they'll run into some sort of pathing issue and you'll need to micro them on your mini map. This is pretty uncommon though and isn't a big deal.

Thx for the answer this evening we'll try to leave 1 hero behind, I know about the unflag problem, but as you said it's easy to solve.

Ima have to respectfully disagree with Richard on this one. The bridge trick works no matter how many players you leave outside the door. We have left any where from 1 to 5 players behind the door ( depending how many ppl want to take a break), and it worked every time. The only thing you would need to make sure of, is that the other group that goes in must have crossed the bridge before the people outside the biddge actually go in. It is very easy if u have good communication.

Not the PvX Wiki setup, but we like to try something on our own, the run took nearly 3 hours but was totally safe, despite we didn't know much about the dungeon because in the previous attempts we failed at the bridge.
Crappy rewards though
