Lightbringer Point Farming Question

Hey, I'm not quite sure if this is the right place for this, but here's my question anyway.

I'm trying to get rank 8 lightbringer, and the best way to get points, from what I could tell, was doing The Sulfurous Wastes run. But, when I get to the point where I'm gettting the Margonite bounty, the ghost doesn't give it to me. He tells me I need to go to the Chantry of Secrets. I went there, but now not sure what I should be doing there.

Does anyone know where I need to go?

It just means you have enough LB points for rank 1. The adept at the chantry of secrets gives you the lightbringer icon (bonuses against margs) as a reward for reaching r1, and that allows you to pick up the shrine bonuses.

Oh, okay. So all I need to do is talk to adept at the chantrty of secrets?

There's a whispers guy in the outpost with [lighbringer ranks] next to his name. Have a chat with him...or her....it's hard to tell under the hoods they wear...
