Implementation of New Dev Update?

Has the most recent Dev Update (Reward Points change vis a vis r1001+ guilds) been implemented?

Normally the Dev Update is merely a statement of what is to be changed, and it comes in a standard update.

I didn't see my client download anything new, but I'm very possibly wrong.

I ask this because my guild AT'd last night, and beat one guild (afkers, but whatever), and I thought that you received RPs for a win?

If this update's live, then that explains it, but we didn't get any RPs whatsoever.

Couldn't say for sure, but the dev update itself sounds very much like it's present tense not future. Specially when it says "we have changed".

I wouldn't imagine it would take much to implement anyway so it could've been one of those stream change things.
