For the record, I think that build kinda blows - but all the really good attack chain skills (that's not DB/MS spam) involve being enchanted. There's no point taking Critical Agility with a P/A, so there's really no good way to enchant yourself for them. I threw GftE in there just so there's a way to get energy if necessary, along with an enchantment to help get energy...but of course it ends as soon as you hit DB so there's no point bringing Golden attack skills.
In short: MAJOR energy issues - I tried to limit the attacks to 5 energy only since, you know, you probably won't have much.
BTW why does the icon for Way of the Lotus have a hex mark on it....?

Well its obvious that spear is the better decision but I am intersted to see what people can come up with daggers as I originally said. You dont need to tell me something that is quite obvious
